Some funny pictures

As I've said before, Isaac is his own person. He knows what he wants when he wants it. He know what he wants to wear and especially what shoes he wants to wear. I have no idea where he got his love of shoes. Since his feet are huge he's outgrown all of his tennis shoes and a good portion of his sandals. I just bought him all new sandals too because he outgrew the ones I bought him at the beginning of the summer. So Mom and I went out running some errands Saturday and I found a pair of Carter's tennis shoes in a size 8 wide. I thought they might be a little big, but assumed he would grow into them. Well, they fit perfectly. His toe is almost to the end. Once he saw them he had to wear them even though we don't have socks that fit right now. So here are a few pictures of his outfit Sunday morning. He refused to put on clothes or take the shoes off. so this is what he wore most of the day.

Isaac has decided that he only feeds himself. He's become quite good at it though. This night we had chicken fried rice and he really didn't even make that much of a mess. I love this smile :-)

Here's ,my precious baby Noah playing with Daddy for a bit. Here's a little video of him talking.

Noah is getting so big. He can even move himself around in circles on the floor. It scares me. I hope he doesn't do everything early like Isaac does.

Time with the family

On Sunday we all drove to Orlando to spend the afternoon with Aunt Vickie and Uncle Tim and Brittany and Gavin. As usual the day didn't go quite as planned. We were going to spend the day playing in the pools and riding the water taxi but it decided to rain so everything was closed :-( We spent the afternoon just hanging out with everybody and having a good time. We all got to eat dinner together so that was fun. The boys were so tired they slept the entire way home. I will say I was thankful because on the way down one or both of them cried most of the way to Orlando. Bill and I actually got to have a conversation without interruption. That doesn't happen often.
Here are a few pictures from our day. Unfortunately they are in order from the end of the day until the beginning.

Noah was so worn out.

Nana chillin with Noah, she really wasn't mad in the second picture!

Poppy finally has a fan club of his singing, Noah loved it.

Me and Maribeth

There were planes all over the restaraunt and Isaac had to show us everyone. He was standing on Bill's lap yelling "Plane Plane Plane!!!!"

Isaac checking out the TV in the hotel, trying to order movies.

Checking out the fountain before the rain

We tried to get one good picture, not so much ;-)

Isaac was riding his tri-cycle. He loves it! I forgot that the camera lens fogs up outside so they are a little blurry.

Here are a few more pictures!

Noah had a tubby and he was all clean. He's become such a happy baby with lots of smile and he really enjoys talking to Daddy.

I wanted to take Isaac's picture because he looked so cute today. As always :-) He insisted on standing right in front of me, hence the second picture.

We ventured out to the beach again this week. Living this close to the beach and as much as I loved the ocean you owuld think I'd be there all the time. But when you're taking little ones, it takes the realxation part away. Let's just say that the entire way either one of both of the boys were crying. The good news, once we got there everything changed. As I've mentioned, Isaac doesn't like the ocean, but LOVES the sand. There was a mini baby pool, what we called it, on the beach and Isaac discovered if he ran through it, sand and water would go everywhere. As you can imagine this is then all he wanted to do. I forgot to bring the camera so I missed our time at the beach but here's a few pictures of Noah.
Getting ready to go swimming.

After the beach....

Aunt M finally had a day off and wanted to spend some of it with Isaac, but both boys woke up with a fever on Wednesday morning. After some Motrin and a nap, Isaac woke up feeling better or so we thought, so he headed out to Pet Smart and lunch with Aunt M. He had such a good time! But when he came back home he was running a temperature of 103. After another nap and 2 hours of screaming we took him to the dr to find out he had his first real ear infection. Let's just say there was a lot of crying and not a lot of sleep for the next two days.

Here are a few pictures of Aunt M and Noah.
